We are currently not offering returns or exchanges for items sold on this site. “General” includes, but is not limited to, the following: Incorrect size ordered, Wrong item(s) ordered, Buyers remorse. General Returns & Exchanges are planned for the near future as we understand the importance and convenience of these. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.
Damaged Merchandise/Z-Merch Error
If any products received are damaged on our behalf or incorrect due to an error on our behalf, we will send replacement item(s) free of charge. Please contact support at:
Note to customers outside the US & Canada: Refunds for any import/customs/duty fees charged to you at the time of import or delivery should be sought through your local customs bureau. Z-Merch cannot provide any coverage for this.
